Rexel UK Gloucester Branch is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the team, drive growth and deliver excellent customer service. You will shape strategy, manage key accounts, monitor performance, and collaborate with colleagues across the network to deliver value.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strategic thinking, team leadership and a passion for operational excellence, with a track record of improving service levels and profitability at the branch level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to drive profitable performance and growth targets.
• Execute agreed customer plans for selected accounts, ensuring quality customer contact and effective implementation.
• Ensure the branch meets service targets across all business segments with focus on customer experiences.
• Monitor sales, profitability and service KPIs; ensure targets are met and SOPs and health & safety regulations followed.
• Collaborate with other branches, support functions and stakeholders for effective operations.
• Use data to create reports for strategic planning, budgeting and performance management; provide insights to colleagues.
• Lead, develop and engage branch colleagues to meet targets and foster a positive team environment.
• Collaborate with key suppliers to drive joint customer activities and strengthen partnerships.
