Rexel UK is seeking a Lead Branch Manager to support the Area Branch Manager in leading the team, coaching performance, and overseeing day-to-day operations across branches. The role focuses on growth, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety standards.

You will monitor key metrics, manage pricing and terms to protect profitability, identify training needs, collaborate with supply chain and finance, and prepare regular performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the branch team while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to health & safety standards.
• Monitor metrics such as quotes, overrides, and inventory to drive improvements.
• Manage customer accounts, pricing and terms to protect profitability.
• Resolve operational or customer issues promptly.
• Identify training needs and support promotional activity.
• Collaborate with supply chain and finance to support branch objectives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and step in for the Area Branch Manager when required.
