Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the branch team; oversee day-to-day operations and compliance.
• Monitor key metrics (quote conversions, overrides, inventory) to drive improvements.
• Manage customer accounts, pricing, terms, and profitability; resolve issues as needed.
• Identify training needs and support promotional activity; work with supply chain and finance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and step in for the Area Branch Manager when required.
