Job summary

Rentokil Initial seeks a pragmatic, highly technical engineering lead for our Agentic Factory. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, partnering with AI Delivery Manager and Product Owner to define engineering best practices and scale AI capabilities.

You will mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists while remaining hands-on to resolve complex bottlenecks, supporting Use Case design and feasibility assessments across regions.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience building complex LLM-powered systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Deep practical understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, and enterprise deployment of LLMs.
• Proficiency with ELT/ETL pipelines and GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and GCS.
• Proven track record leading technical delivery and mentoring engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Design Agentic Systems and scalable multi-agent workflows with production readiness.
• Define engineering standards, code review processes, testing frameworks, and metrics.
• Build and maintain robust LLMOps/ML pipelines and CI/CD tooling.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive MVPs to production for global users.
