Rentokil Initial Group is scaling its Group AI Team to deliver production‑grade AI solutions. You will lead engineering, mentor engineers, and drive end‑to‑end implementation of agentic AI systems across global operations.

You will bridge business needs with technical execution, shape engineering standards, and work closely with data and AI platform teams to ensure scalable, secure deployments. Hybrid working and competitive rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience building complex LLM-powered systems and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or ADK.
• Deep practical understanding of ML algorithms and NLP for enterprise deployment.
• Hands-on with GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Google Cloud Storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts within the Agentic Factory and drive AI platform design.
• Mentor AI engineers and data scientists while solving complex bottlenecks.
• Develop and enforce CI/CD pipelines, testing, and best practices for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Delivery Manager, Product Owner and Architecture to ensure scalable use-case delivery.
