Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is hiring a technically hands-on leader for the Group AI Team to architect, build and scale agentic AI solutions. You will bridge business needs with engineering, mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists while delivering scalable use cases across regions.

You will drive MVP-to-production transitions, define best practices, and collaborate with enterprise architecture to ensure secure, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of building complex LLM-powered multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen or ADK.
• Strong data engineering and cloud experience with GCP.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and ownership of Agentic Factory solutions.
• Define coding standards, CI/CD and testing for AI applications.
• Collaborate with Data Platform for data ingestion and modeling.
• Drive production deployments from MVP to global rollout.
• Mentor junior engineers and align with product owners.
