Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a pragmatic, highly technical AI Engineering Lead to head the Agentic Factory within the Group AI Team. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, delivering production‑grade multi‑agent AI systems and scalable pipelines.

You will mentor engineers, partner with Data Platform, and drive MVPs to production, ensuring safety, governance and enterprise readiness across global operations.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience building complex LLM-powered systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Deep practical understanding of machine learning, NLP, and enterprise AI deployment.
• Strong ELT/ETL design and cloud data lake/warehouse experience.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Vertex AI and BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of agentic AI solutions.
• Mentor AI engineers and data scientists to raise delivery quality.
• Deliver production-scale AI applications for global users.
• Collaborate with Data Platform for data ingestion, transformation and data marts.
