Rentokil Initial is seeking a pragmatic, highly technical leader to head the engineering efforts within our Agentic Factory. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, and drive production-ready AI solutions across global operations.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience building complex LLM-powered systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Deep practical understanding of ML algorithms and NLP for enterprise deployment.
• Strong data engineering and cloud computing with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery).
• Proven track record architecting MLOps/LLMOps pipelines with containerized workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts within the Agentic Factory.
• Bridge business requirements and technical execution; mentor AI engineers and data scientists.
• Define engineering best practices and oversee CI/CD pipelines for internal AI assets.
• Drive MVPs to production and enable scalable AI solutions across functions.
