Rentokil Initial is scaling its Group AI Team to deliver production‑grade AI solutions across global operations. You will lead engineering for the Agentic Factory, bridging business needs with technical execution, and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications

• Experience building complex LLM-powered systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms and NLP for enterprise deployment.
• Strong data engineering and cloud design for ELT/ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts within the Agentic Factory and mentor engineers.
• Define engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and governance for AI tooling.
• Collaborate with data platforms to ingest, transform, and model data across systems.
