Job summary

IFS is seeking a lead engineer to head a small autonomous team developing AI-native features within our enterprise software platform. You will own solutions end-to-end from design to production, setting technical direction and ensuring robust performance.

You will work with cutting-edge AI tooling, including LLM integration, RAG, and agentic patterns, while collaborating with customers in real-world deployments. Hybrid work and impactful delivery are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineers or teams.
• Experience with AI-backed features (LLM, RAG, agentic patterns) is a plus.
• Broad capability across front-end, back-end, data, quality, security or platform.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for a small autonomous team.
