Job summary

Rentokil Initial is expanding its Group AI Team and establishing an Agentic Factory to design, build, and deploy genAI and ML solutions, multi‑agent workflows and automation at scale across global operations. As a senior engineering leader, you will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, and ensure production‑grade, secure, compliant systems.

You will collaborate with the AI Delivery Manager, AI Product Owner, and Enterprise

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience building complex LLM-powered systems and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or ADK.
• Deep practical understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP techniques, and enterprise deployment of large language models.
• Strong proficiency in designing optimized ELT/ETL pipelines and managing data lake/data warehouse architectures on GCP including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.

Responsibilities

• Design Agentic Systems: build robust, secure, production‑ready multi‑agent workflows and AI solutions.
• Define Engineering Excellence: establish coding standards, code reviews, testing frameworks, and evaluation metrics for generative AI applications.
• Cloud & Platform Integration: partner with GCP and Data Engineering teams to build seamless MLOps CI/CD pipelines for scalable model deployment.
