Job summary

Rentokil Initial seeks an experienced AI engineering leader to head the engineering efforts within the Agentic Factory. You will bridge business requirements with technical execution, mentoring a team of AI engineers and data scientists while delivering scalable genAI and multi-agent solutions.

You will collaborate with AI Delivery Manager, AI Product Owner, and Architect to establish best practices, design robust systems, and drive production deployments across global users.

Qualifications

• Expert-level AI orchestration and development for multi-agent workflows and LangGraph/LangChain tooling.
• Deep understanding of ML/NLP and enterprise deployment of LLMs.
• Strong data engineering, ELT/ETL, data lakes/data warehouses on GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design Agentic Systems and multi-agent workflows for scalable AI solutions.
• Set engineering standards, code reviews, and testing frameworks for GenAI apps.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with LLMOps for production deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and translate business use cases into technical roadmaps.
• Drive MVPs to production and support cross-team AI initiatives.
• Advise on AI strategy, tool selection, and platform identification across the company.
• Stay updated on AI trends and emerging technologies.
