Rentokil Initial is expanding its Group AI Team to deliver cutting‑edge genAI & ML solutions. You will lead the engineering efforts within the Agentic Factory, bridging business requirements with technical execution and providing architectural oversight.

You will mentor AI engineers & Data Scientists, collaborate with the AI Delivery Manager and AI Product Owner, and drive MVPs through production at global scale while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to define engineering best practices and architecture.
• Proven track record delivering production AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design Agentic Systems and scalable workflows.
• Establish coding standards, reviews, tests and metrics.
• Build and maintain LLMOps/MLOps pipelines with cloud platforms.
• Implement safety guardrails and enterprise compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide MVPs to production.
