Responsibilities

• Assist clients in liaising with other organisations to resolve their immigration issues where possible.
• Participate in outreach efforts to solicit new clients for the firm.
• Submit visa or leave‑to‑remain applications across all areas of immigration law.
• Process business immigration applications.
• Handle asylum claims.
• Undertake necessary training to maintain standards required by OISC.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a paralegal, preferably in immigration law.
• Law degree preferred.
• Professionalism, good quality of service and a "can do" attitude.
• Willingness and ability to manage various types of immigration applications.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
