Job summary

A mental health service provider in the Birmingham & Solihull area seeks a locum appointment (CT1-CT3) in psychiatry for full/part-time roles. Location: Various across the trust – Birmingham & Solihull area.

Full/Part‑time posts. Salary: Depending on grade.

Full GMC registration required. Prior experience in psychiatry mandatory. Previous applicants need not re‑apply.

• Assessment and treatment of patients referred to the team.
• Prepare admission summaries and either present cases at ward rounds or produce letters/care plans for outpatients.
• Potential outpatient clinics per week, supervised by a Consultant or Associate Specialist.
• Doctor may be expected to change teams at short notice to cover other Trust Grade/CT Doctors.

Post duration up to 6 months with possible extension. Commences upon completion of necessary clearances.
