Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Land Advisor to manage multiple projects delivering detailed land advice for major infrastructure schemes across the UK. You will report to the Land Advisory Principal and lead the delivery of high-quality land referencing outputs.

Key responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, producing land plans, and delivering reports while guiding GIS data management and team activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Geography Bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience working on land information procurement and management for infrastructure schemes.
• Demonstrable success in roles requiring multi-tasking and problem-solving on infrastructure schemes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate extensive stakeholder engagement with the public, landowners, residents, land agents, local authorities and solicitors.
• Interpret spatial data with GIS & Mapping team and produce Land Ownership and Access Plans.
• Produce and quality-check statutory notices, access agreements and related plans.
• Engage with affected landowners and manage documentation like the Book of Reference and Land Plans.
• Oversee production of weekly and monthly reports and client interfacing.
• Lead the land referencing team and guide data management practices within GIS.
