Job summary

Ardent is seeking a Principal Consultant in Land Referencing to lead and manage land referencing activities for major infrastructure and regeneration projects. You will liaise with landowners, provide technical advice, and ensure quality outputs while enhancing team engagement and commercial performance.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, promote health and safety, and report to clients with clear, actionable insights. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of land referencing projects across DCO, CPO, and TWAO regimes.
Experience delivering land referencing outputs with high accuracy and client liaison.
Ability to translate spatial analysis into actionable client insights.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage land referencing activities for major infrastructure projects.
Liaise with landowners and colleagues, providing technical advice to clients and junior team members.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and raise awareness of the Land Referencing team within projects.
