Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking a Labourer for an office refurbishment project in Stoke Gifford, Bristol. The role involves removing lagging from pipework for the first 5-6 weeks, with potential tasks including sanding and painting. The position requires a valid CSCS Card and offers a PAYE rate of £16.30 per hour. Working hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for an initial duration of 6 weeks, extendable for a total of 3-4 months.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card is necessary to work on the site.

Responsibilities

• Remove lagging from pipework at the site.
• Possibly move on to sanding and painting pipework.

Duration: initially 6weeks, but the project runs for 3-4months
Start Date: ASAP
Site Hours: 7.30-5pm (Mon-Fri)
Rate (PAYE Umbrella): £16.30p/hr weekdays
Type of work: Office refurbishment, for the first 5-6weeks it will be removing lagging from pipework, then the possibility of moving onto sanding & painting pipework.
