  • Operating, calibrating, and maintaining lab equipment with precision.

  • Recording and verifying data in LIMS — accuracy is everything!

  • Working to ISO and accreditation standards, helping keep the lab audit-ready.

  • Following essential health, safety, and fire procedures to maintain a safe environment.

  • Cross-training across multiple lab methods and supporting during busy periods.

  • Collaborating with a supportive team to meet client deadlines and operational targets.

  • Contributing ideas to improve processes, turnaround times, and overall efficiency.
