Job summary

Intertek Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a Customer Services & Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within our busy laboratory. You will act as the central contact for customers, drivers and internal teams, helping ensure exceptional service delivery and efficient operations.

This role combines customer service, administration and logistics coordination, with opportunities to develop within a global organisation that values precision, pace and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics or coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate sample collections with drivers.
• Generate and distribute laboratory reports.
• Manage consumables and sampling equipment deliveries.
• Track deliveries to meet service commitments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
• Support stock control and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Laboratory Operations, Quality, Finance, Logistics and BD teams.
• Participate in quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
