To start September 2026 Ada Lovelace Church of England High School is seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and high‑quality Post 16 Pastoral Lead to guide the next generation of changemakers. You will be the driving force behind pastoral care, championing a culture where every student feels valued and inspired, coordinating wider learning & leadership experiences and managing UCAS and apprenticeship pathways to prepare young people for success in the real world.
