Job Title: Primary Teacher KS2

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Wigan. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum as a Teacher.
• Support and guide students in their academic and personal development, promoting positive behaviour and attitudes in the classroom.
• Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback to ensure all learners are supported effectively.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, as a Teacher, to deliver the best possible outcomes for the students in your care.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning as a Teacher.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passionate and dedicated Teacher who is committed to making a difference in the lives of primary school students.
• Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students in the classroom, ensuring all students thrive.

Desirable:

• Experience in teaching children with additional needs (e.g., SEN, EAL).
• A proactive approach to professional development and a desire to grow as a Teacher.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a calm and focused learning environment.
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in primary education.
• Experience working in a primary school setting as a Teacher, with a focus on building strong relationships with both students and their families.
