The ideal KS1 Teacher will be able to:
Deliver engaging and age‑appropriate lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
Demonstrate previous teaching experience within a primary school setting
Support pupils with early literacy, numeracy, and social development
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles
Maintain clear and consistent behaviour expectations using a calm, positive approach
Build nurturing and professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
