Overview

We have a great opportunity for a Knowledge Specialist, based in our new central Cardiff office. You will be a key part of our Centre of Excellence team working alongside our offices in London, Leeds, Dusseldorf and the US.

Responsibilities
  • Curate and distribute client intimate knowledge and insight to Proxima’s client delivery teams, to drive better client outcomes
  • Collaborate and consult with client delivery teams, utilising tech to provide insight on Proxima’s best practice and market trends
  • Capture completed client work; codify and segment the insight which will be used to drive results on future client engagements
  • Take ownership of Proxima’s internal knowledge base, collaborating with practice leads to drive quality and maintenance of Proxima’s knowledge
  • Act as a thought-leader for knowledge and insight, connecting teams with content and providing training on “self-serve” insight sources
  • Able to quickly gain strong understanding of client, industry and procurement, category context, using technology to drive insights faster
Who we’re looking for
  • Proactive self-starter – Experience taking ownership of a piece of work, and independently driving it through to completion successfully
  • Quality oriented - Experience producing high-quality outputs and driving high-quality ways of working, with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset – Experience demonstrating curiosity and tenacity in understanding context and collaborating to drive the right result
  • High level of written output - Experience curating high-quality insight from multiple sources and producing documentation for use by clients
  • Experience utilising technology to speed-up processes and route to insight would be advantageous
  • Experience in a knowledge management capacity would be advantageous
