Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing in Dagenham is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role offers a strong base salary of £30,000–£34,500 plus £30 for every service plan sold, plus 33 days annual leave.

You will manage customer bookings, liaise with workshop staff, prepare estimates and invoices, and help customers understand servicing needs while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident discussing vehicle repairs and costs with customers.
• Good understanding of Aftersales and workshop processes.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Professional, organised and customer-focused.
