Pembrook Resourcing LTD in Chippenham is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a busy Aftersales environment. You’ll manage customers through service and repair, book vehicles into the workshop and provide clear progress updates, with a strong focus on service-plan sales and customer satisfaction.

The package includes £31,000 basic salary, up to £6,000 bonus and commission, with earnings potential of £40,000–£45,000 for strong performers.

Looking for a Service Advisor role with a strong basic salary, realistic bonus and excellent earning potential - without giving up your Saturdays?

This Chippenham opportunity offers a £31,000 basic salary, up to £6,000 bonus, plus additional commission on service plans. Strong performers have the opportunity to earn £40,000-£45,000+.

And when you are required to work a Saturday, it’s morning only - 8:30am to 12:30pm.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive business in Chippenham.

You'll be working within a busy and customer-focused Aftersales environment, managing customers throughout the service and repair process while maximising appropriate additional sales opportunities.

• Monday-Friday
• 1 in 2 Saturdays - morning only, 8:30am-12:30pm
• No full Saturdays - Saturday working finishes at 12:30pm
• Opportunity to significantly increase earnings through service-plan commission

THE ROLE
