As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a key role in the preparation of food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and buffet offerings. Working closely with the kitchen team, you’ll ensure that every dish meets our high standards in taste, appearance, and hygiene. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop professionally within a supportive, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes with flair and attention to detail.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all food preparation and storage areas.
  • Follow stock rotation procedures and contribute to reducing food waste.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Assist with the training and guidance of apprentices or junior staff.

Adhere to all Health & Safety, food hygiene, and HACCP standards

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, team-oriented, and eager to learn. If you meet the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen or relevant culinary training/apprenticeship (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of basic food preparation techniques.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Our hotel offers 356rooms, within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The hotel features a restaurant operating for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a large outdoor car park.
