Job summary

Street Burger - Charing Cross, part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, is seeking a fun and energetic Back of House Team Leader to manage a section and mentor junior staff. The role emphasizes delivering an excellent guest experience, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality within a busy London outlet.

You will contribute to maintaining high standards, supporting the kitchen and front-of-house teams, and growing with a globally recognised restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the back-of-house team to ensure smooth service during shifts.
• Oversee station operations and ensure standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to support service flow and guest experience.
• Support junior team members with coaching and development opportunities.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
