Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Chiswick is seeking a Front of House Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves delivering exceptional service, and enjoys leading a team to create memorable guest experiences.

You will motivate staff, oversee bookings and table service, and cover for the Restaurant Manager when needed to keep things running smoothly. This role offers flexible working and clear opportunities for progression within BRG.

• Lead by Example: Motivate and support your team
  to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure every
  guest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable dining
  experience.
• Support the Management Team: Take charge in the
  absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and
  efficiently.
• Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee
  table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
• Training & Development: Help train and
  develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK’s high service
  and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both
  guests and the team.
