Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) in Chiswick is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to energise the service flow and inspire a high-performing team. You will guide staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, manage bookings and table service, and ensure consistency in GBK’s standards. A proactive leader with a passion for guest satisfaction will thrive in this role.

• Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
• Training & Development: Help train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK's high service and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and the team.
