Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) at Chiswick is seeking a Front of House Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and loves delivering great service. You’ll lead by example, support the restaurant team, and help create memorable guest experiences.

In this role you’ll manage bookings and table service, cover in the Restaurant Manager’s absence, train teammates, uphold GBK standards, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient dining environment.

• Lead by Example: Motivate and support your team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable dining experience.
• Support the Management Team: Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
• Training & Development: Help train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK’s high service and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and the team.

• Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
