Job summary

All Bar One Airside in Birmingham is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, building a kitchen to be proud of and delivering a branded menu with passion for great food and training great people.

Based at the airport, you will undergo extensive recruitment checks including background checks, and provide passport or driving licence with a clean record. Flexible shifts and progression opportunities are available within Mitchells & Butlers.

• You will be subject to airport background checks and must provide passport or driving licence and have a clean criminal record.
• Train and inspire kitchen staff to deliver great food.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader atAll Bar One Airside, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you? As this role is based in an airport, you will be required to complete an extensive recruitment process including background checks and references. You will be asked to provide a passport or driving license (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record in order to pass airport background checks.
