Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food. You will train and lead the kitchen team, manage stock and ordering, and ensure health and hygiene compliance across branded menus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety.
• Ability to train and inspire chefs and junior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality dishes.
• Drive targets with the team and manage food ordering.
• Prepare and stock control to ensure menu availability.
• Work with a branded menu and uphold standards.
