Job summary

All Bar One Luton Airport is recruiting a Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team, delivering consistently high-quality food and driving guest satisfaction. You will manage all kitchen operations in a fast‑paced airport environment, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards and working with a branded menu.

You’ll train the team, smash targets for sales, and uphold the premium standards across meals, creating memorable guest experiences while fostering a culture of excellence

This role is based within Luton Airport (Airside). The typical shift pattern for this role will be varied in line with airport opening and closing hours with weekend availability required.

For airport security, you will be required to complete an extensive recruitment process including background checks and references. You may be asked to provide a passport or driving license (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record in order to pass airport background checks.
