All Bar One Airside, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. Based in an airport, you will undergo extensive recruitment and background checks, with passport or driving license required and a clean criminal record to pass airport background checks.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at All Bar One Airside, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?

As this role is based in an airport, you will be required to complete an extensive recruitment process including background checks and references. You will be asked to provide a passport or driving license (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record in order to pass airport background checks.
