Mitchells & Butlers' Flyer brand is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen to be proud of and master the menu with a passion for serving great food and empowering people. Join us at Castle Pubs, where each pub has its own story and a unique atmosphere.

You’ll train and inspire your chefs, help with food ordering and stock, ensure health and hygiene standards, and drive performance while delivering a branded menu and a welcoming guest experience.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Flyer, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
