Job summary

All Bar One Harrogate is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspire the team and ensure the highest standard of food. You will manage all kitchen areas while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high‑quality food.
• Ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction through team leadership.
• Strong kitchen management including ordering, prep and stock control.
• Experience working with branded menus and compliance with health regulations.

As Head Chef at All Bar One Harrogate you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
