Job summary

Castle Pubs is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of at the Mall. You’ll lead, train, and motivate a team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure brand standards are met with top hygiene practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and inspiring chefs.
• Understanding of health and hygiene regulations in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work with a branded menu and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver proud-to-serve food.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Oversee adherence to health and hygiene standards.
