All Bar One Airside in Birmingham is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage stock, and ensure the branded menu is executed to a high standard.

This airport-based role requires successful background checks and passing extensive recruitment processes. You will thrive on driving performance, supporting with food ordering and preparation, and upholding strict health and hygiene standards while

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety/HACCP and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive targets with your team and maintain performance.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency across service.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atAll Bar One Airside, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you? As this role is based in an airport, you will be required to complete an extensive recruitment process including background checks and references. You will be asked to provide a passport or driving license (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record in order to pass airport background checks.
