Mitchells & Butlers’ Old Manor Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead the kitchen team, own the branded menu, and ensure food is prepared to the highest standards while training great people across shifts.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
