Offshore, occupying a prime seafront location in Lytham St Annes, is part of the Inn Collection Group. As Kitchen Manager, you’ll ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, safely and efficiently every day, leading a team to deliver great food and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll own food quality, hygiene and safety standards, control costs and stock, and develop a customer-obsessed culture that underpins the Inn’s welcoming, award-winning hospitality. This role is based on-site at Offshore.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation, supporting your team and fostering a people-first culture.
• Develop and retain great staff while ensuring the kitchen is well organised, prepared and consistently delivers high-quality food.
• Own standards across food quality, hygiene, health & safety and compliance, while monitoring costs and stock.
