Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager at one of our Inns in Lytham St Annes. You will lead a dedicated team, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a busy, guest-focused environment.

You will work hands-on, mentor colleagues, manage shifts, coordinate with Chefs and suppliers, and assist with stock takes, financials, and guest communications, including occasional sleepovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead a busy team and maintain standards.
• Strong customer service with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Lead and develop front-of-house team.
• Coordinate with Chefs, Management and Suppliers.
• Manage stocktakes, ordering, and accounts.
• Handle guest inquiries and occasional sleepovers.
