The Inn Collection Group’s Offshore in Lytham St Annes is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, leading a busy hospitality team and ensuring a warm, home-from-home experience for guests.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with Chefs, Management and Suppliers, manage stocktakes and ordering, and occasionally provide sleepovers and guest responses. Your hands-on leadership will inspire staff and deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a busy hospitality team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Oversee daily operations of the inn and ensure standards are met.
• Liaise with Chefs, Management and Suppliers to manage service delivery and stock.
• Handle stocktake and ordering processes; cover occasional sleepovers and guest responses.
