Offshore, located on the seafront of Lytham St Annes, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences. You will lead a team, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and maintain a welcoming home-from-home atmosphere for guests.

You will work closely with the General Manager, overseeing shifts, stock, and supplier relations, and you may be involved in sleepovers and guest communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to ensure the Inn feels like a home away from home for guests.
• Lead the team, manage daily operations and create a welcoming, efficient environment for staff and guests.
• Oversee shift operations in a fast-paced setting, liaise with Chefs, Management, and Suppliers; handle stock takes, ordering, and accounts management; occasional sleepovers and guest responses.
