You will be in charge of your realm; the kitchen is your orchestra and you are the conductor. Every item that leaves the kitchen is a musical note, executed perfectly and on time. You will lead a team of passionate chefs and kitchen staff to develop and grow each day, helping to make BrewDog the best employer for your team. You will be part of an experienced management team alongside colleagues from the kitchen, floor, and bar.
