About The Role

BrewDog are on the hunt for a Kitchen Manager. The mission is to make others as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars deliver amazing beer and customer service, and we are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the team. The kitchen serves a popular burger and wings menu, with a focus on food quality, consistency, and compliance while maintaining a busy kitchen. You will be in charge of your realm; the kitchen is your orchestra and you are the conductor. Every item that leaves the kitchen is a musical note, executed perfectly and on time. You will lead a team of passionate chefs and kitchen staff to develop and grow each day, helping to make BrewDog the best employer for your team. You will be part of an experienced management team alongside colleagues from the kitchen, floor, and bar.
