Kitchen Manager

We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the team at BrewDog Bournemouth. As Kitchen Manager, you’ll take ownership of the kitchen and lead your team to deliver consistency, quality, and smooth service every day.

Responsibilities
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
  • Delivering our burger and wings menu to spec with quality and speed
  • Managing all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Creating a positive team culture built on respect and development
  • Working closely with the management team to drive performance and standards
  • Ensuring a safe, well‑organised, and compliant kitchen environment
Qualifications
  • Experience leading or running a kitchen team, ideally as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef
