Job summary

Wickes is looking for a Kitchen & Bathroom Design/Sales Consultant to guide customers from showroom discussions to home visits, delivering tailored space solutions. You will design, present ideas, and drive sales using our design tools while maintaining the showroom and ensuring a premium customer experience.

The role offers flexible hours, comprehensive training, mentor support for 9 months, and uncapped commission with a competitive salary. UK-driving license is preferred for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven with consultative selling experience.
• Creative and practical designer who can turn ideas into solutions.

• Industry-savvy with knowledge of local market.
• Experience with design tools like AutoCAD or Photoshop is a plus.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually, or at customers' homes.
• Turn prospects into customers by finding best space and budget solutions.
• Create inspiring designs and refine ideas using design tools.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay organised, communicate progress and keep customers updated.
• Stay compliant with company policies, GDPR and health & safety.
