Responsibilities

Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtual, or at home with attentive service.
Turn prospects into customers by finding best space and budget solutions; generate showroom leads.
Create inspiring designs using design tools; present and refine ideas with customers.
Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
Stay organised and proactive; keep customers updated and progress communicated.
Comply with company policies and regulations including GDPR and health & safety.
