Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to help customers design spaces from showroom conversations to home visits. You’ll guide, design, and present ideas, aiming to turn prospects into loyal customers while managing their space and budget.

You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 7-week training program, dedicated mentor support for nine months, and flexible working options. You’ll work with design tools and stay up-to-date with trends and local market needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually or at home with consistent care.
• Turn prospects into customers and generate leads in-showroom.
• Create designs using design tools and present/refine ideas with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Keep customers updated and communicate progress clearly.
