Job summary

Wickes is looking for a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from the showroom to their homes, turning ideas into beautiful spaces with care and expertise. You’ll help customers understand what matters, offer product advice and own the full experience from start to finish.

You’ll use design tools to create solutions, present proposals, maintain showroom standards, and stay compliant with GDPR and health & safety policies.

Qualifications

• Creative and practical, turning ideas into workable design solutions.

• Experience with design tools is useful; AutoCAD or Photoshop helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtual or at home with care.
• Turn prospects into customers by offering the best space- and budget‑friendly solutions; generate leads.
• Create inspiring designs using design tools and present ideas to customers.
• Look after the showroom, maintaining displays and high standards.
• Stay organised and proactive, keeping customers updated and informed.
• Stay compliant with policies including GDPR and health & safety.
